Aluforever Aluminium and Systems Ltd is an aluminium extrusion manufacturer and machining company with all extrusion, heat treatment, machining, fabrication, powder coating, anodizing, wood grain and assembly facilities at a single site in Turkey.

We provide a greater range of alloys and more flexibility on profile design, tolerances, quantities and lead times than almost any of the larger scale commercial extrusion companies.

This can be particularly helpful to designers developing new products and for industries where flexible lower quantities, better tolerances and responsive quick deliveries are paramount.

We can also help when there is need for a very lightweight aluminium extrusion, producing profiles down to 0.40kg/m and 0.8mm thickness.

ALUFOREVER has been investing continuously in being an integrated/outright provider for our customers. Beyond aluminum extrusion, Aluforever offers numerous services, from  maintenance, engineering assistance, surface treatment, mechanical processing to tooling, packaging and distribution, inspection and quality control.

In our extrusion lines, aluminum profiles are manufactured for various sectors and purposes. Extrusion process can be summarized as forcing a heated aluminum billet to pass through a die so that the aluminum that exits the die takes a particular shape as it stretches out as a profile. Aluminum profile extrusion is a sensitive process measured in microns. Aluforever is a specialist in tailor made aluminium profiles. Specific component design, based on in-depth knowhow and supported by advanced IT infrastructure, enables us to build bespoke products that are individual to customer specifications.
